Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the arsenal888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, as well as e-wallets such as TNG eWallet. arsenal888 does not accept foreign currencies directly without conversion processed through our payment system.
Users are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods registered in their own name. Using another person's bank account or e-wallet to make deposits or withdrawals is a breach of these terms and may result in frozen funds and account closure.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. arsenal888 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the user's VIP tier.
Arsenal888 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions caused by third parties such as banks, payment service providers, or network disruptions beyond the platform's control.
